These inserts felt soft and comfy, but I was still using the wrong size so pumping was a bit painful. Once I figured out my correct size, they really helped a lot.
I really wanted to like these, but they’re huge and hard to fit in a bra or under clothes. They make you look much bigger. Not great for going out, and returns aren’t allowed.
